Likes

Good work environment and culture teammates are supportive and tha management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good.

Work Details

I struggled a bit in tha beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything in the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within tha same team.

Management is good and very fair, On time salary,Freedom

Dislikes

There is no career growth, no training, manager's will not available in sites so seniors will do unfair politics, very small organization.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
