Work and projects are good.

Dislikes

There is no infrastructure to actually implement projects and no support to overcome barriers. Say good bye to work life balance when you are working here. The culture is toxic and makes you lose any motivation to work or bring about a change. Colleagues are non collaborative which makes performing even simple tasks a headache.

I had no life outside of work. People who value boundaries are looked down upon.

Work days: Alternate Saturday off (Strict Timings)

Dear MT, As a growing start up, we hired you as a Trainee who needed a job out of Covid and many of whom campus job offers were revoked. As a support, we offered you the employment opportunity when you needed the job most. As a first-time Job Seeker and a trainee with no working experience, we are not sure what is your definition of work-like balance. Perhaps you did not intend to work hard in the first place. The expectation is to collaborate and learn from peers & colleagues and not to blame others for your non-performance and generalize everything. While we are aware you were on performance improvement for lack of your project deliverables, we do not expect anyone to criticize their colleagues. We look forward for self motivated youngsters who are ready to learn and grow with us to achieve the goals. None the less, we are sorry that you did not come up the learning curve. We hope you find a place where you can deliver results finally and not waste any other company resources.
