nice welcome culture and salaries always on time. professional leader and support to all staff. Can get fast learning as you can try new things to grow business

it is a nice place to work and to grow career but sometimes lot of travelling in field is difficult

Work Details

My work is to set up new business and customers in the area to give business loans and other company products. I have to manage my team and customers relationship.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
