In Arth Institute , there is a safe environment . Faculties and counsellora are very supoortive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good , appraisams are faur and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

The job js quite interesting ! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal traininv session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to gaining a knowledge.

Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me.
