Not for GET to Manager level person. Above it good looks good for salary only, but have to face hectic people. Toxic culture. Good people already left the company or kicked off as new arrogant, unprofessional and credit taker COO welcomed, which i observed. Also, If you have worked dedicatedly 364 days, but not only for 1 day, then you will be bullied and asked to resign, make u feel "why I'm working dedicatedly?, why I'm using my valuable skills?". 'Zero value' for working extra hours, late evening at office without any pay, of-course. No appreciation for extra efforts and skills. Unequal salary. Some receives very high and some very low. However they serve work almost same. Even lower salaried person dedicate more. Politics in getting promotion. Favoritism at max. Don't joint Software team, at least. There is high politics and favoritism. Very slow account division. Takes months to get clear expenses. Things got worsen in last couple of months or maybe in a year.
