Increments not done experience and as per work done by technical people this is biggest companies drawback , parcelities non technical without experience people good sallery , increments and incentives company done sales team , people only seat without knowledge n experience they are getting good salleries but that all efforts done by electronic technical person's but they don't get any good perks by company.i like to work same product with same directors working environment....Read More

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
