There are various things that I don't satisfied . Firstly they don't provide joining letter to all the employees also they give salary in hand . It has four units but I worked in axis solution the staff is incorporative ,there are no job security . moreover they terminate the employees without any reason when there company goes down .

The job is quite interesting! Struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session.I learnt everything on the job. I got a Chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team
