I appreciate the artistic design and infrastructure of the housing. Additionally, I like that there are no strict rules regarding lunch and break timings.

Dislikes

I don’t like that at Art Housing, there are no fixed working hours, and we often have to work from 10 AM to 8 PM on most days. There is no job security or career growth. The company has long working hours, struggles to do business, and relies on manual work instead of automation. The work environment is toxic, with unnecessary sitting hours. There are limited employees, and everyone is overburdened with work. They show on the HR portal that they are off on alternate Saturdays, but in reality, we have to work on Saturdays and even on the last Sunday....Read More
