There's lot of scope to transform itself from a lala company to a corporate.

Dislikes

Lala company. No vision. Lack of system and processes. Old people opinions only matters to run the show. Mgmt doens't have much interest to bring changes. Commitments made to employees are not fulfilled. There's cases that employee left within a month of joining. Salary delayed by months. They understand only one language, money coming in. Not very trade friendly company.
