Work-Life balance (to a certain extent)

1. All teams are full of low-quality, cheap contractors. So you will end up working with some of the dumbest guys in the industry. 2. No perks, no festival gifts, no support for buying monitors, chairs during the pandemic. 3. No hikes for two consecutive years, due to covid. 4. HR is the worst here. They would agree to your CTC expectations before the interview, but during the HR round they would reject due to the same CTC expectations. 5. HR is very autocratic. Despite being a good and valuable resource, HR might not agree to a hike. Sometimes they might not give even what they would have promised earlier. 6. Not a typical IT company. No canteen, no always freely available coffee, tea in the office. Old building, you will get the vibes of some government organization. Not a great place to work. 7. Old technologies, very old legacy codes. Nothing much to learn. 8. Horrible WFH policy. Just 2 days before the end of the month they inform you that WFH has been extended.
