There is no future to work with them they want a dedicated employees with out salary fully bulshit and the Mr Arun Shukla they want profit because they loosing money in other new ventures they can't provide the proper food for the labour whose work on plant. No light, No food, No medical services, Not the proper sleeping urgement for the employee with sevice and maintenance of machinery ....

The job is quite interesting,I stronggled abit in the beginning as there was no formal training session.i learnt everything on the job.i got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me e get a taste of different role with the same team

Company Management very poor and no policies for employee favors. its owner base company not employee base company.
