The company is full of Hypocrites and hence initially you may like it.

Dislikes

They don't pay you on time. People have a lot of attitude and behaviour is rude. Lot of internal politics goes onn right from the top management level. Job is completely insecure there. Autocratic company with whimsical decision makers. Join at your own risk

Work Details

Hectic job which is just boring. You will be blamed for anything and everything that goes on in the company

Great company to work with, performance and merit driven. The team is extremely supportive and the management is has a clear vision. If you are a performer and have the right attitude this is the company to work for.

Dislikes

Performance and merit driven, if you are a non-performer you will not be a right fit. It is a growing company and has a lot of work load.

Work Details

I worked with Array for about 3 years. I learnt a lot and gave me valuable experience for my future.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within Country.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
