I'm working with arpeo with almost two years.the teammates are very supportive and helful. Job security is a big problem. There is limited career growth and salary/appraisal. Arpeo give pick-up and drop service to employees. Politics in everywhere. Lots of thing and technical skills learnt from arpeo. wok environment is really good. work life balance is very very poor.

Dislikes

Only good company for freshers. Bad term and condit

Seeking advice on current job

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
