Good work environment. teammates are supportive and management is transparent. company policies are good. appraisals are fair.

Dislikes

There is lot of politics and salary is decent but career growth is slow.

Work Details

The job is quite interesting.I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session.I learn everything on the job.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss.
