Here we just feel like a family as it is my second home.Here you can learn and do a lot.You got freedom of participation and expression.

Some time as an HR I feel that it is very challenging to fill urgent positions in this location.

Work Details

I am working here as an HR Manager and handle all the responsibilities of man power planning for start to end.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2.
