Working at Arnold Consulting has been a great experience. The company culture is inclusive, and I’ve had the chance to work on exciting projects that challenge and motivate me. The management team is approachable, and there’s a strong focus on employee development.

Dislikes

One small con is that the work-life balance can be a bit tricky during busy periods, as the workload tends to increase significantly. However, the support from my colleagues and the management makes it easier to handle.

Work Details

There were no specific hours. Many employees used to work even on Sundays, work life balance is very low and the target is unachievable. Company doesn't know the mental pressure of employees working there. No flexible timing.
