Likes

Students are good but army officers donot care much about education.

Dislikes

Constipated environment, chairman keeps changing after a year... Difficult to adjust. Rude behaviour of army officers. No handholding. Parents also undermine authority of principals. No respect n job security as such. Officers force principal to leave if they want to fit in their candidates or their wives.
