According to my opinion the work place of Army Public School is having good environment and job security is average due to they takes enrollment on temporary/contract basis only, hence security of job is very low.

I dislike Army Public School for non securing of job as well other benefits like medical, bonus and leave etc.

I like their team work, training, career growth but I don't like their appraisal ek jo kahavat hai na ki aap kitna bhi kuchh achchha work karo aapka jo designation hai wo bahot importance rakhata hai, work life balance - their some employees was not good they was very cheerful person that's why I leave this job, then all over was good.

Age old faculty who don't let anyone survive

Work Details

APS Ramgarh once was a perfect place to begin with in career. But gradually a nexus was formed between its very old and underperforming faculty who don't let anyone good teacher survive here. 50% of the teachers was made to leave.
