Company very well I loved to work I'm join may month when company start-up but after some month management change and then support staff leave company 1 by 1 beacuse of managar if you are team leader so not your work as team leader but managar not like to you work only team leader they give you many work ex. Training part , qaulity part,MIS part, this is not team leader KRA and I know about very well what is KRA team leader if any escalastion to customer that time team call listing work if not business that time team leader listing call if your business going well u don't force to any team leader to listen the call and give training to associate and most important if u have any problem with your senior thay don't have help you this is only for hemant more, they don't know how to people management...Read More
