Dislikes

No career growth. Actual work is very misaligned with what the job title is, or what the job description is. No career growth. Too many personal requests from the military personnel that you cannot do your actual job anymore. Not much learnings.

Sometimes i experienced AFP Officers which is not capable to handle significant/sinsitive position during actual performance of responsiblity/duties.

With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package.
