I like this organization, because really its need a strong knowledge person to streamline the process in all the department.

Dislikes

This company is only suitable for fresher. It is not preferable for the experienced and corporate worked people since their is not systematic work flow. Their is no Bonus, No Increment, No systematic workflow, No Knowledge to fix the escalation, Particularly If you are leaving the company they will treat like enemies. If they terminate you their will not be any compensation salary (Notice Period Salary). 28 people left within one year, 5 hr left the job. Actually it is not like company. Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
