Worst, no life job balance , force you to work on shitty code and they expect from you to fix their big in 10 min. I heard they threat their employee to give them good rating when they are leaving company.

Arkenea Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is good company for me as well as new freshers join for them also. here we get different experience regarding different projects and we can grow our carrier with company. Work culture is good and friendly environment. Every year appraisal done.

Here we need some more training regarding our testing field.

I am working in Arkenea as QA lead. Handled the 5 QA team members. Working on Different projects. Daily meetings taken and update the team status to management. Find out the new ways of testing and update to team. Always back to team members.
