The most interesting part in group Arkays is that you can see staffs working for the group for more than 20 years!! and they still enjoying their work as if they joined recently. The over all culture is amazing and very employee friendly. Management always try to be transparent and they always keep their commitments. Work life balance is there.

My work is slightly Challenging as i have to Coordinate with Sales team to work on supply chain sheet, find the vendors, work with carriers/ forwarders/ look after the entire procedures Purchasing/Export/ Shipping and logistics
