The hype the company has created has back fired them in many parameters in the real estate industry. Management interference is too much in all departments. HR is a puppet. Bad work culture

The HR is a spoilt brat creating toxic work culture policies. Unethical moves and culture adopted. Most of the employees are resigning due to bad policies, biased work culture adoption. The management is under pressure to hire but HR is extremely unethical
