Working environment is very good. Manegment and staff is also very supportive. Salary structure is excellent.

There is nothing to dislike except Some politics in middle management and junior management.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
