I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem. Working environment is very good. Manegment and staff is also very supportive. Salary structure is excellent.

There is nothing to dislike except Some politics in middle management and junior management.
