Work culture among staff is good. Hard working and skillful team. Great place to learn.

1. A lot of politics is done especially by the Directors. Management never addresses the issues of staff. No employee satisfaction. No benefits for field staff. 2. Worst Admin and HR department. All salary related or leave related policies are subject to change from person to person. They are never on their words.. they even disown the employee benefits written in the company policy if required. 3. The CTC shown in the salary slip is a myth! You will never get those perks credited in your account....Read More

We would like to understand what were the perks in your CTC that were not given to you. Did you not get the 12 day Earned Leave that every single employee of ARINEM gets, did you work for more than 5 years and not get gratuity or Long Service Allowance at the time of leaving the job, did you not get The group medical insurance that company provides to all the employees as a part of Ex Gratia? We always detail out your benefits in the letter of appointment that is given each employee. We would be amazed if anything mentioned there has not been given to you. Still, it is sad that you feel this way, and maybe there were communication gaps between you and the management, especially since Delhi office is a branch office and in the last two years, Directors have not been able to spend as much time there as they would like to. But if there are any commitment that company made to you and did not fulfil, please share your letter of appointment with those details. We would try our best to clear all ambiguity regarding that. Also, despite politics being the coolest word to use, it is highly unlikely that the Directors would have time to engage in that with so many people working and so much travelling in their life. And if they would indeed have any such political inclinations, we are sure that they could easily get involved with some serious politics that can bring about actual change in the world. P.S. it is incredibly easy to discount/ negate/ criticise anyone under the cover of anonymity, but unless accompanied by solid proof, it just makes you a troll.
