Switch to HCL or Stay in CTS?

I'm presently working with Cognizant at a package of 5.08 LPA remotely with almost 4 yrs of experience in Service Desk.Recently I've received an offer from HCL as a Senior Analyst at a package of 7.2 LPA in Service desk domain but it would be 5 days work from office . I feel that the package is a bit low in HCL as I would be working from the office all days of the week.And also I might be due for promotion in Cognizant in March 2025 which might raise my package to 7 LPA There's also a 12 month service-bond agreement with HCL Kindly advice on what I'm supposed to do Thank You

Timings were great. 9am-5pm strictly. No one will force you to work beyond that if you're working well (in their eyes.) If made to work from 9am-7pm, they'd give you compensation as well. Lighthearted environment, again, if you're doing your work diligently.
