I enjoyed the successful completion of the task assigned to me. But I realised soon that this is LALA co. which goes by the few old employees who are old friends of owner they are very scared of therir position and hence never let any hard and intelligent worker come up who is looking for a worthy position by his honest hard wirking and innovative new ideas. The people around owner get scared of your abilities and become one to ensure you must leave the company . The owner is not able to take the decision without taking advise from this few old people. It is best company for salary payments, always paid salaries in time .But growth not possible for all....Read More

No future progress and growth chances on base of work abilities. If you are part of a group you can survive in such LALA co.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion.
