If you want to learn Pega then this is organisation to work with. The organisation is recommended for fresher and upto 4-5 years.

Dislikes

If you are not part of any group or blue eyed boy of management then you are always under scanner and job insecurity. High amount of regional partialty driven by founders. If you are from delivery, testing or operations/admin role then must leave self-respect at home. Ridiculous promotion process. Same group of people gets double promotion every year while people with self-respect will be ignored. Onsite is again limited to only few of the regional biasness....Read More
