They provide flexible timings for work And we can balance work in home as well as office, tension free and gud co workers and nice environment.

Dislikes

Salary hike is too low can’t say very less and need more exposure and proper training for employees in certain area and it is more like school should be in time.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
