There are few Architectural Consultancies that can retain Architects with work experience of more than 10 years. It's one of them. Hierarchy is complicated but if you work hard you get rewarded. Also the employee is able to learn about the good quality standards of work. The experience comes in handy as Arcop has good name in the market.

The overall company is nice. There is a one team which is known to be toxic or popular for there toxicity(Head by Ar. Ashu kumar arora). That one team/team head don't respect the company rules. The learning in the starting was fine but due to overtime working/toxic culture , the learning comes to zero in just a two month period. There is an other team which look for the design part and this team do mostly working drawings for them. With the team lead the people in team are also became toxic with the time. they all just do work and work no matter if you are having any health issue or not. THE NORMAL WORKING TIME OF THIS TEAM IS 9.30AM TO 9.30PM DAILY. You can't leave the office before 8.30pm (Company/other team timings are 9.30am to 6.30pm). If you have completed your work before time they will give you another set of work. So, be caution!!!.
