The only good thing about working at arcop is that you learn a great deal of work ina very short span of time

Dislikes

No set working hours, no overtime money though they make you work overtime almost everyday, 5 days a week is just to say, they'd call you to work on Saturdays and even on sundays, no work life balance, no compensations for anything, office gives you 100rs for food only if you stay past 10:30 in the evening, and they'd still expect you on time the next day, no work culture, overall a good place to learn, bad, ans i mean very bad place to work at. You'd literally have no life if you work at this place...Read More

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
