Very bad experience and mind you that it did not even happen to me but i saw the MD Treating badly other employees and plus they hire then they give you totally different duties from the role which was offered. Apart from that there is no consideration for old and people with some difficulties at work. The old employees treat new ones as if they own the company. No good working culture and ethics.
