Work allocation unequal, have seen seniors struggle to get work & juniors preferred. Lack of transparency in project information Not an office to join at 4-5 years experience, as it doesn't matter, fresher or any experience architect can do any scale of project. Only skill required is, know how to use software. So leave after 1 project process, as beyond might not get work later & junior will be preferred.
