Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?

The only good part is some really big projects. But on the bad side no justice given to the scale with respect to the design.

Dislikes

No career growth, unnecessary rework in projects, no work life balance. Management not at all sensitive towards staff welfare. Lack of work in office at many times leading to frustation. Salary happens between 7th -12th of every month. Appraisals are not very good. The staff is very friendly but the overall working atmosphere is notconducive enough due to poor management.
