ACIPL is a best workplace to work. It was my first work experience which turned out to be fantastic. The work atmosphere there is holistic and the teammates are very cooperative.

Office working start hour and end hour is strictly followed. No over time working system followed.

Dislikes

Poor labour benefits, no flexible office timings, strict company rules and poor culture (except work culture). No professionalism in company proprieters.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
