I never gave a chance to question on my work. But still I would get feedbacks on why the work is not done perfectly. Which i absolutely fine. But when it comes to AN OTHER GUY who works on his task as ans when I likes. He never received any feedback. I have been keeping an eye on my manger and the OTHER GUY and I tried to check thatwho is worng here and I found that my manager was keeping the OTHER GUY safe. I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
