I never gave a chance to question on my work. But still I would get feedbacks on why the work is not done perfectly. Which i absolutely fine. But when it comes to AN OTHER GUY who works on his task as ans when I likes. He never received any feedback. I have been keeping an eye on my manger and the OTHER GUY and I tried to check thatwho is worng here and I found that my manager was keeping the OTHER GUY safe. Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do?
