Unfortunately, I have found the client's behavior and expectations to be unacceptable, creating a hostile and unproductive work environment. Despite my best efforts, I am strugglingto deliver my tasks efficiently and effectively due to the following reasons: - Unreasonable demands and expectations from the client - Lack of support and resources from the management - Unprofessional behavior and communication from the client I have tried to address these issues through internal channels, but unfortunately, the situation remains unchanged. I am finding it increasingly difficult to continue in this role without compromising my well-being and job satisfaction. I am specifically writing about the mining division. There is no proper hierarchy division of employees here even if there is it is in the name only. DETs are unruly here and talented employees will be surpressed. There is several disperaty in the different departments.

AMNS Techanical Consultant not provide anual increment and medical facility etc. Because work with full dedication for growing company actively participate. 2) Deserve candidate not benefited, maximum benift personal bases. 3) Resources not proper utilize.Need to improve with deserv candidate. 4) Actually and Data sheet lot of gap. 5) Hard core zone and shoft zone worker same benefit. A very bad work culture. People have not yet evolved over here. Internal politics. During joining a lot of negotiation is done. Long wait for the release of offer letter. They always want you to join within 1month but while you leave the company they won’t allow you to leave before 1hr even. Safety is just in books and not at all implemented in the plant premises. During Audits they want to get goodie goodie numbers and then they forget about everything and just focus on production. Staff can mistreat you at any moment of time. No moral , ethics and values. Your HOD is just a puppet and would never ask you on time about the problems that you have been facing. Never ever join this company. Just big names but very much hollow from inside....Read More
