I am writing to bring to your attention the challenging work environment and cultural issues I am facing while working at the Amns Ports plant location. Unfortunately, I have found the client's behavior and expectations to be unacceptable, creating a hostile and unproductive work environment. Despite my best efforts, I am strugglingto deliver my tasks efficiently and effectively due to the following reasons: - Unreasonable demands and expectations from the client - Lack of support and resources from the management - Unprofessional behavior and communication from the client I have tried to address these issues through internal channels, but unfortunately, the situation remains unchanged. I am finding it increasingly difficult to continue in this role without compromising my well-being and job satisfaction. I am specifically writing about the mining division. There is no proper hierarchy division of employees here even if there is it is in the name only. DETs are unruly here and talented employees will be surpressed. There is several disperaty in the different departments.

Some point Dislikes: 1) Associate salary and AMNS Worker salary lot of gap. AMNS Techanical Consultant not provide anual increment and medical facility etc. Because work with full dedication for growing company actively participate. 2) Deserve candidate not benefited, maximum benift personal bases. 3) Resources not proper utilize.Need to improve with deserv candidate. 4) Actually and Data sheet lot of gap. 5) Hard core zone and shoft zone worker same benefit. If you get deployed in location like gandhidham then its very challenging for you because you not even getting basic facilities. Work environment is worst there because their existing employees are not well knowledgeable and educated also they are not treating you as an engineer. You will not learning anything or also not getting skills with the time as compared to other locations
