There is a lot of politics amd the management dosen't address our issues. Salary is decent but carrer growth is slow.

The job is quite interesting. I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Am I on right path?

Right after my BCom, I took a service advisor role at Honda for ₹7K due to urgency. Later, I moved to a gas station for ₹10K, handling all kinds of work beyond office tasks.
