Its amazing for fresher. It will mould you into an engineer. Learning is the best thing a employee will get an immense and versatile knowledge about an industry.

Growth is very slow and you can't expect high salary hikes , increments or whatever. Financially its not recommendable

its only one thing that is as soon as they finishes the project they sent to different places as i heard from many of my team mates, but i like this because i love to travel all over india.

Work culture at comany is good but salary structure is very pathetic means average engineer should get 20000 rs salary per month but they offer only 15000 rs per month.Location of Comapny Awesome.

Top management don't have sufficient knowledge and only take care employees who faver them. For skills development don't have facilities as well manuals.
