That approach from higher authorities towards new joiners growth is good. If you are at higher level grade with general shift, then it is good with respect to work life balance.

Dislikes

The local people which are there in company. They are like the company is ours and if we say anything to them, wheather they are in contract also, they will say to us like anything and no one will do anything about that. In case of work life balance, you will have to do work in shift and sometimes on public holidays also, and work pressure will be more.
