Old department has still Essar mindset people, I think if Top Functional team of seperate department should be shuffle to ends the monopoly of Individual. Else Amns with new thoughts is quite Amazing to be honest. There are 1 or 2 people who are damaging whole department.

AMNS Techanical Consultant not provide anual increment and medical facility etc. Because work with full dedication for growing company actively participate. 2) Deserve candidate not benefited, maximum benift personal bases. 3) Resources not proper utilize.Need to improve with deserv candidate. 4) Actually and Data sheet lot of gap. 5) Hard core zone and shoft zone worker same benefit. Work environment is worst there because their existing employees are not well knowledgeable and educated also they are not treating you as an engineer.
