I am specifically writing about the mining division. There is no proper hierarchy division of employees here even if there is it is in the name only. DETs are unruly here and talented employees will be surpressed. There is several disperaty in the different departments.

If you get deployed in location like gandhidham then its very challenging for you because you not even getting basic facilities. Work environment is worst there because their existing employees are not well knowledgeable and educated also they are not treating you as an engineer.
