They will threaten you in the name of counseling. They will give you all kind of trauma and stress. Threaten you by saying "YOU ARE BEING WATCHED. " Basically in the name of meeting they will organise a "KHAP PANCHAYETI". Manager will not talk to directly, They will report you directly to the HRs. Manager don't have brain of own. Work environment is worst there because their existing employees are not well knowledgeable and educated also they are not treating you as an engineer.
