Firstly there is no job security u can get fired anytime. There is no growth there and you dont get to learn anything much. there is no formal training program The mentor assigned to you are worthless. The mentors are the failed employees which the company is preserving for some cheap work. Also i dont think there is any career growth. Everyone was working as individuals, but all the things that you explore were discussed on dialy basis with a mentor, If you are doing great job is all yours, if you are not then you will be immidieately fired. Salary is quiet good, No politics and good working environment, less work life balance too, because market timings are based on US and UK.

Less oppurtunities after being fired, No parties, No holidays according to indian festivals.
