Good place to learn clinical and surgical skills due to large patient load.

Dislikes

Learning program not well structured. Poor work life balance. Many Sundays will be working without any compensation. Career growth is slow if you are not a localite.

Huge difference in work culture among departments. One in retina department very good. Pediatric and IoL- average. Rest of the major dept- below average to poor

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
