Some few key personnel giving negative feedback to MD. They always go through short cut method for his personal benefits.

Not safe work life due to CMD. He always play a dirty culture in officiallly work. Everyday local contractors meeting held in his chamber. His personal contacts to GM for illegal benefits with contractors.
