I was sent mail my last day of organisation to management team for i resign this job only for my reporting manager, but management can’t take any action.

Aramex India Pvt Ltd here it's my first job and working experience is too excellent but on contract basis job security is doubt full. Work culture is so best management is also too good and company policies are also too good. For growing more my skills and working experience have to find again best another one
